I had mixed feelings about this whole experience. The item itself wasn’t necessarily terrible, but the return process has been more of a hassle than I expected. I sent it back and I’m still waiting on my refund, which is frustrating. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

The doll is cute when you’re looking at it from a little distance, but up close you can kind of tell some parts were done a bit quickly. There are a few paint spots and the hair isn’t super neat or anything. It’s still okay for the price, I just thought the finish would be a little cleaner

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me sooner than I expected. The reply actually answered what I asked and didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste message. Overall, really happy with the service, and I’d definitely mention them to a friend.

I was a little nervous ordering from dollreborns.com because I’m picky, and I really wanted the doll I got to look like the photos I’d been staring at online.
When it arrived, I was relieved because it looked almost exactly like the listing pictures. The skin tone, hair, and tiny details on the hands and face were all really close. The lighting is maybe a little different in person, but not in a way that bothered me.

I’m really happy with what I received, especially since I care a lot about getting what I expected. For me, this was definitely a 5-star experience.

The tracking updates were just okay. I had to ask for the tracking info twice, and each time it felt like the details kept changing a bit instead of just being clear from the start. Not the worst experience, but it was frustrating feeling like the goalposts kept moving.

It actually looks real when you see it in person. The face is really cute, though the hands do look a little fake. I think most people would still be happy with it overall.
